Dear Naval,
Funny, hilarious, excellent! Loved the way you have worded some of the phrases!!
"I had imagined a heaven on the earth. I doubt, now, that I might have been mentally unstable in those days."
"The accident occured : I met a woman. She was so intelligent that during our long love affair, she did not let me know about my unwise illusions, until we signed the marriage bond."
Glad to know despite the accident "the bond is unbroken" to this day, you have to admit that it was a beautiful accident after all!!!
wishing you many more years

Should we set Boundaries for our Kids?
Great write up!
Unconditional love is definitely a requirement and when it is combined with some useful directions and guidance it can only bring out the best in both parents and the children!!!
I found that like in any other relationship if love is combined with respect and trust it is cemented further!
I often tell my boys that the onus is on me as the mother to direct them in their lives, for everyone else they will either "a good story"... if they trun out be assets to the society or "a bad story"... if they turn out be a nuisance...
I agree with the great Khalil, but I look at the last two lines
For even as He loves the arrow that flies,
The bow that is STABLE.... that to me ios the key. It is an essential quality that as parents one should try and strive for..........STABILITY!!!
regards
